In 21-45 days you will transform your body and life.
Phase I is a phase that may be skipped and you can immediately begin Phase II with physician approval (determined by the medication that you are on).
Phase II lasts 21 to 45 days and is the weight loss phase. This phase should be done a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of six weeks. There are several different plans starting at only $350. You should lose approximately a pound a day. You will be reshaping and resculpting your body. Your energy will be high and you may notice other medical conditions improve.
Phase III lasts three weeks and is necessary to reset the hypothalamus and body weight set point. This phase is extremely important to keep the weight off permanently. You will need to make certain you can do the following:
- Go into your cabinets and throwaway Hydrogenated or Partially hydrogenated oils (also known as Trans Fats), High Fructose Com syrup, com syrup, MSG, artificial sweeteners of any kind (even splenda), and sodas of all kinds.
- Minimize medication use. Our Doctor will monitor and guide you through tapering & discontinuation. The drugs interfere with the hCG from working so you will not lose weight. Doctors visits may be additional if necessary. Laboratory evaluations are highly recommended but not required.
